Your Agreement

By purchasing this program you acknowledge that the Trainer (Paul Higgs) has worked very hard over many years (and at great cost) to develop his expertise, skills and techniques, and you agree it would not be fair to make his content freely available to people who don't want to pay to know what he knows.

Your purchase also legally obliges you to ensure that what you learn during the training will NOT be passed on to any third party (either intentionally or unintentionally) without Millbank Land Academy's expressed written permission, as that would only serve to dilute its value for everyone who has paid for it (including you).  

Please note that all sales are final.
